YuuWaa Plus review

Return to Latest Accessories »

Packaged in a simple box, the YuuWaa Plus doesn’t look like it could offer you up to 58GB of storage space. Combining 8GB on the enclosed USB stick with a further 50GB online secure storage, the YuuWaa seems to represent great value for money.

A unique idea, YuuWaa gives users access to pictures, videos, documents or any other data file anytime and from anywhere via the internet. Load the USB into your Mac or PC and the YuuWaa application launches straight away. Select a password and activate your account, and you’re ready to go. It really was that simple.

Log in to your account online and you’ll find facilities to back up, store and to share your work, as well as the added bonus of being able to add more GBs as and when you need them for small extra charges. To store your precious photos online, simply drag and drop folders onto the screen.

The USB is pretty nifty too with automatic online backup protecting all the data that you have stored on this too.

Costing just £20, the YuuWaa will suit photographers who shoot on location as well as those who are out and about meeting clients. You can log in to and showcase your stored portfolio from anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection. Windows 7 or Vista is required for PC users, whilst Mac users will need OS X.

Final Verdict
A quick, easy and convenient method of storing, sharing and backing up important data
