We know digital photo frames are not everybody’s cup of tea, but for the non-traditional types, they offer a great way of displaying your digital photos. The Jessops 8” Digital Photo Frame is no exception, offering a practical way of displaying your photos along with a few bonus functions too.
This digital photo frame has already been given awards for it’s superior image display and functionality, and we have to agree. The frame boasts a high-resolution screen with an 800x600 pixel resolution, which really does justice to your images on display. Not only can you view single images, but there is also a ‘Magic Window’ option in the Setup menu where you can show four of your images at the same time. In addition to JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and Tiff files for still images, the frame also accommodates a variety of MPEG files and AVI for movie clips. You can even add music into the mix, to play over the top of the image display.
We love the versatility of this frame, allowing for a variety of memory card formats including SD, SDHC, MMC, CF, MSPD to name a few. This is great if you have a number of people in the household with various cameras and memory formats. It also comes with 256MB of internal memory too.
We set this frame up in minutes, thanks to its incredibly easy menu system and remote control. Once set up, there are some great hidden features you can explore, such as an alarm clock (which uses the music you upload to the internal memory) as well as in-frame image editing from ArcSoft. The latter feature enables you to adjust the dynamic range of your images, soften skin in portraits and even face tracking so images of faces are zoomed in on during display.
This is an excellent gadget, for an excellent price and highly recommended.

Final Verdict You get a great deal for your money with this frame and it offers a fantastic way to enjoy your images without printing them
